		<description><![CDATA[I enjoyed your writings - you&#039;ve done quite a bit of research! I would invite you to spend some time looking into clinical (also called medical) hypnosis.  It has the ability to &quot;erase&quot; highly charged emotions, and enables you to rewire your brain to accept new beliefs. (change your perception, change your world.)

Did you know all children are in a state of hypnosis (0-2-Delta state, 2-6 Theta state) until the age of 6? That means a great deal of who you believe you are was decided by a very young you a long time ago. However, if you work with a good medical hypnotherapist, you can rewrite those memories - which actually are just perceptions made by a very young you - and replace those ideas/beliefs with what you actually WANT to believe. In other words - accessing your Limbic system- the seat of emotion - and change your memory banks ... building the love and happiness side of you, and dialing down the negatively charged emotional part of you. (Don&#039;t buy rose colored glasses - be the glasses!) 

Yes, I know you are looking at DNA traits, but science has proven DNA is not the last word when it comes to who we are. I hope you consider the idea. I know hypnotherapy can calm your mind and wipe away ADHD/OCD traits. It won&#039;t change you at your core - hypnosis just let you become a better you.

As for your nutritional ideas - you are very much on target. You may want to look into phosphatidylserine and phosphtidylcholine too.  Dr. William Walsh is doing some great work with regard to methylation - you can check him out on YouTube.]]></description>
